The 14th Annual Provincetown Dance Festival achieved unprecedented success. We sold the most tickets (2 sellouts!) and performed the most ambitious lineup of artists since the festival’s birth.
This year, the Provincetown Dance Festival presented two world premieres: works presented specifically for the Provincetown Dance Festival. They include a new work by its Director, Adam Miller and the most adventurous and poetic work on the program, that created by Gabrielle Revlock and Aleksandr Frolov.
The performance ended with standing ovations and, special for this year, an informal finale: with all 29 artists perfuming the iconic tap routine knows as the Shim-Sham. This was a fun, unique moment in the festival’s history. It will be a cherished memory by all the performers and audience alike.
Next year will mark the 15th anniversary of the festival. The program is slated to included some of the original artists for the first years of the Provincetown Dance Festival, as well as some new artists yet to be finalized.

Thanks to everyone!
